One big issue was the cleanliness. for instance, the bathroom plug hole was dirty, and there were visible marks on the stairs. It would have been nice to have hooks or a coat hanger in the room instead of draping coats over the drawers. The kitchen could also use better upkeep. a dirty bowl of water lingered in the sink, which can be off-putting for some. the shared atmosphere meant that other guests and maintenance work at the property could create noise and disruption, which may not suit everyone’s preference for a quieter stay.

I had a wonderful stay in a bright and clean room that's just a short walk from Cleethorpes Beach, perfect for a leisurely stroll along the shore, and it's only 10 minutes away from People's Park where you can enjoy beautiful green spaces and lovely views.

Harrington House was beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. I appreciated the welcoming ambience and the comfortable facilities. The hosts were attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed, including a convenient ground floor room.

staying at harrington house was a great experience. the ground floor double room with a private bathroom was just perfect. the bed was super comfortable and the room was clean with fresh towels. the communal areas were spotlessly clean and well equipped, making it a really welcoming place. it's also so close to a lovely conservatory & garden.

The double room was modern, spacious, and very clean, providing a comfortable stay with a great en-suite bathroom. Kitchen facilities were excellent with everything needed, including a washer and dishwasher. Parking was ample, and the easy remote check-in process made it hassle-free. the distance from downtown required a lengthy walk, and public transport options appeared limited.

The room was spotless and very comfortable, the bed, it was like sleeping on clouds. The gentleman I spoke to for check-in was brilliant, made the whole process super easy.
